Purpose of the NFT

The CPM Coin NFT (hereafter referred to as the “NFT”) is a
symbolic digital collectible issued as a gesture of appreciation to individuals who voluntarily support the development of the CPM Coin ecosystem.

This NFT
does not constitute ownership, equity, investment, or partnership rights in the Project or any affiliated entities.

No Financial Return or Expectation of Profit

The NFT:

• Is not an investment or a security.
• Provides no guarantee of financial return.
• Has no inherent or promised resale value.
• May be tradeable or viewable on NFT marketplaces
  only at the discretion of the holder and market participants.

License Rights

By accepting the NFT, you are granted:

• A
  non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the NFT for personal use.
• The right to resell or transfer the NFT, subject to third-party platform rules (e.g., OpenSea, Rarible).

You are
not granted:

• Any intellectual property rights to the CPM Coin logo, branding, or technology.
• Any administrative rights in the Project.

Limitations

• The NFT is not a ticket, access pass, or proof of membership.
• The Project retains the right to discontinue NFT issuance or associated artwork without notice.
• The Project makes no claim or guarantees of NFT utility, price, or exchange listing.

By receiving or holding this NFT, you agree that:

• You are not expecting financial gains or governance rights.
• You understand this NFT is symbolic and
  purely supportive in nature.
